Abby Witkemper is a junior at Perry Meridian High School, and it is her first year as a member of the FOCUS team. Witkemper chose to join FOCUS to “have a space to express [herself] creatively”. Witkemper is involved in other areas around Perry as well, including the PMHS tennis team and she often writes for the school plays and musicals from the FEST team. This year, Witkemper wants to take advantage of the opportunities she’s given by making memories with those close to her like friends and family. As a passionate individual who gives her all in what she does, Witkemper plans to work hard to create articles that make individuals think and analyze her work.
