Hi guys!
This is Pedro from Spain, your Number 1 fan at this side of the Atlantic Ocean. I have discovered your newsmag thanks to Hannah, your Feature Editor, because I was an exchange student in Coldwater High School, Michigan, back in 1990 and Hannah’s grandparents were my host family. Since then, I have tried to keep my English skill at a decent level, which is not easy at all when you are not living within an English speaking environment. And here is where you are helping me. I really enjoy reading your articles, in the first place because they remind me my past experience as an exchange student in an American High School, from what I keep very fond memories, especially from my fabulous and charming host family, and in the second place, because I meticulously note down all the fancy vocabulary (or words that I just ignore) that you are using in your articles and try to use them as much as possible in my daily life.
I just wanted to congratulate you for your enormous effort and great job during these harrowing times of COVID. Besides, I cannot agree more with the editors, because you are excelling yourselves as a newsmag staff and “your writing is at its peak”. Not only for the articles, which are quite interesting, but also for the whole design which is just wonderful! So keep doing like that!
I wish you all a great success in your lives.
