The annual Mr. Falcon show is on Saturday, Feb. 14. Mr. Falcon is a fundraiser for the Creative Writing Club, or CWC, to help fund the annual Literary Magazine. The contestant, coaches and staff members involved behind the scenes have put the show together to present the spirit of Perry Meridian High School. In order to better introduce the people who will be on stage and competing for the title of Mr. Falcon, the FOCUS has collected some information that the coaches and contestants would like to share.
Coaches and Contestants:
Mr. Golf: Lucas Sigler and Madison Jordan
Lucas Sigler: I play golf and unified football for PMHS. I love attending PMHS events, especially sporting events. I plan on attending Butler University to study pharmacy, where I plan on being a research pharmacist. I did Mr. Falcon because it is a great experience to bond with my classmates, as well as promoting CWC at PMHS. I was very timid to do Mr. Falcon because I thought I would be embarrassed up on stage, but the more I thought about it the more I realized it would be more embarrassing if I did not do it.
Madison Jordan: I am the captain of the school’s varsity cheer team. I am also involved in blue crew flats in the early college program. Being involved in these activities has helped me grow as a leader and stay active in my school community. Outside of school, I am a competitive dancer and a big family oriented person. I also work as a nanny and babysitter which has taught me responsibility. In my free time, I like to hang out with my friends and spend time with the people that are closest to me.
Mr. SHH: Zalian Hualngo and Christine Huynh
Zalian Hualngo: In school, I am co-vice president of Spanish Honor Society (which I am representing for this event) and principal cellist in the advanced orchestra, among a few other things. Outside of school, I like to read and watch videos on subjects I am passionate about, be it music cognition or philosophy. As a Christian who loves intellectual pursuits, I am currently exploring various denominations and churches in Indianapolis, which has been a very eye-opening experience for me.
“What are you most excited about for Mr. Falcon?”:
Simply put, I think it has aura. Seeing all the contestants turn their immaterial personalities into short-but-sweet spectacles that make the audiences go wild in applause is an event like no other at PMHS. I caught a glimpse of this experience when I was asked to be a backup dancer last year, and since then, it has been a dream to (for lack of a better word) aurafarm.
Christine Huynh: I am someone who is passionate about being involved in school and living life to the fullest. Fullest means where I am really happy. I hope to get a good education where I can obtain a well-off job to be able to do many side quests and pick up many hobbies and talents to entertain myself and or help others. I also have gone to the same school with Zalian (my contestant) since Kindergarten but only knew of his existence in 6th grade. In 7th/8th grade we became decently close through a shared friend group and then over the years we grew to be pretty close.
“What are you most excited about for Mr. Falcon?”:
PERFORMINGGGG and getting to see the process of everyone partnering up and getting excited about putting on a show.
“As a senior, what do you hope to get out of Mr. Falcon?”:
One last moment. I will leave it there.
Mr. Cross Country: Camren McGraw and Thatin Iang
Camren McGraw: Some things I do in and outside of school are XC, Track, Band, and hiking. I will be attending IU Bloomington’s Kelley School of Business to study finance and accounting. I do not exactly remember the first time I met my coach Thatin, but she used to be my insider to all the school drama back in sophomore year chemistry class which led to us becoming friends. Also shoutout Belliott and may he live forever.
Mr. Falcon is not a specific person, but rather a symbol of what people can be at Perry. Although there is one winner every year, I believe everyone embodies what Mr. Falcon is in some form. I was motivated to do Mr. Falcon primarily represents what is possible when you make the most of what Perry has to offer and inspire future students to unlock their inner Falcon.
I’m mostly excited to compete with some of my closest friends, and it’s been amazing to see what we’ve all been able to accomplish over the last 4 years at Perry. I’ve been lucky enough to create friendships with nearly every contestant and it’s going to be a great way to create lasting memories with all of them.
Thatin Iang: In school I am the STUVO secretary, NHS secretary, a part of the Yearbook and CWC marketing team, plus more! Outside of school I love to binge romcoms, eat out with my friends, and attend various church events. After high school I plan to attend Butler University and study pharmacy!! I have known Camren since our middle school Spanish class and have been friends with him since. I cannot wait for everyone to see him show off his dance moves!!!!!
“What makes Mr. Falcon significant at PMHS?”:
Mr. Falcon is what makes Perry so special!! I love seeing a bunch of people who care and love this school come together to showcase how much falcon pride they have. It is one the BEST events we host and no one has regretted coming to watch.
“What or who inspires you at PMHS?”:
Ms. Sheehan. My GOAT. My inspiration. My queen. She is a HUGE reason why Perry is Perry. She is everywhere, but does it all with 110% effort and love. She pushes me to be a better version of myself and has the best advice. Ms. Sheehan is AWESOME-SAUCINN!!!!!
Mr. Falcon TV: Za’ravien White and Allison Ketchem
Za’ravien White: A bit about me: I am a senior here at Perry. In school, I am involved in things like FTV, FLOTS, Link Crew, etc. I also enjoy expressing myself through design and other media outlets. Outside of school, I love graphic design using Photoshop, video editing using After Effects, and social media (I kind of have a problem). I am passionate about fashion, writing, and storytelling! I plan to move to New York City after graduation to attend LIM College and study fashion business.
“Why do Mr. Falcon?”:
I wanted to step outside my comfort zone and do something that freshman Za’ravien would have been afraid of. Alongside that, I wanted to represent myself authentically and be part of something both fun and meaningful for our school.
“What are you most excited about for Mr. Falcon?”:
I am most excited to showcase my personality and talent! I also cannot wait to support my fellow contestants and create a memorable experience for everyone involved. We have all been working so hard trying to craft something super entertaining, and I cannot wait for everyone to see it.
Allison Ketchem: When I am inside school I like to watch and be a part of school/sporting events. When I am outside of school I love to be with family and friends. I really enjoy golfing and getting a fun drink at 7 Brew. Next year I plan to go to Ball State University to study Elementary Education. I met my contestant during elementary school. We became really good friends and became even better friends during our senior year! Shoutout to my family especially Matty K and Jennifer and my best friends Mia and Lauren for being my two favorite people.
“What are you most excited about for Mr. Falcon?”:
I am most excited about the group dance because it is really fun to do and to just have a fun time with my friends.
“What or who inspires you at PMHS?”
Mia Lewis inspires me because she truly is the most kind and caring person you will ever meet. She has been my best friend since first grade and since then we have been attached at the hip. She is the person to always have a good joke and can make anyone laugh. She tries her absolute hardest in everything she does and never puts herself first. She inspires me everyday to be the best person I can be and everyone truly deserves to have a Mia in their life!!(just not my Mia)
Mr. FLOTS: Billy Shepherd and Kathy San
Billy Shepherd: I am Billy Shepherd and I am running as Mr. Flots. I run cross country and track for the school. Outside of school I like to hang out with friends, play sports, and eat food. I plan on majoring in business management this fall but I’m not settled on a college yet. My coach is Kathy San and we met our freshman year in AP World.
“What are you most excited about for Mr. Falcon?”:
I am most excited for the practices and rehearsals where we all get to interact with each other and I’ll get to talk to people that I otherwise would not. For the actual event I am most excited for what the reaction will be from the crowd while performing.
“What makes Mr. Falcon significant at PMHS?”:
Mr. Falcon is significant because it is a lot of fun for those participating and gives a new opportunity of being able to perform on stage that we otherwise may never get. It is also great for those watching because it can expose them to many new people and give them a little look into each one of our personalities.
Kathy San: In school I am the president of the senior class and lead copy editor of the FOCUS. Outside of the school I love to hangout with my friends and eat with them. Billy and I met freshman year in AP World sitting together and listening to Teverbaugh talk about Kendrick Lamar. I am most excited about seeing the crowd’s reaction to everyone’s acts because everyone has worked so hard to make a great performance. I am also excited to create memories and bonds with my classmates because I have already made so many fun memories at dance practices.
Mr. Robotics: Elliott Bunnell and Sierra Contreras
Elliott Bunnell: At school, I am a part of the robotics team, I play tennis, and am involved with Link Crew, FLOTS, Math League, and GNHS. I have a job at Code Ninjas. I love to hike and take photos of nature, and I am passionate about taking care of the environment. I am committed to Purdue and am planning on studying Robotics Technology. I met Sierra during summer intercession between my 4th and 5th grade and for that class, we had to do a project about traveling somewhere in the world. We both wanted to visit Athens, Greece, so we worked together. Nowadays, we still plan to travel the world together. Mr. Falcon is an experience that lets you love the community we have at Perry. Already, I have spent so much time just laughing and enjoying myself with people I have been friends with for a long time. All of the amazing students at PMHS inspire me to continue to be better than I am. Everyday I wake up and I see my peers trying their best and giving it their all, no matter what they are doing. The students matter here, and no one can stop them.
Sierra Contreras: Outside of Mr. Falcon, you can find me in several activities throughout the school such as Robotics, Bowling, Improv, Choir, Link Crew, SHH, and CWC! I love spending time with my friends and family, whenever I get free time from school and extracurriculars. I enjoy spending time outside hiking and going to the lake in the summer, but typically I end up spending most of my time in the robotics lab. As a junior, my future plans include continuing to stay connected and active in PMHS, as well as hopefully setting myself up to study Mechanical Engineering in college. I met my contestant, Elliott, at an elementary school intercession, but we did not really become close friends until the 6th grade musical, where we were both comedians.
“What are you most excited about for Mr. Falcon?”:
I am most excited for Mr. Falcon to come together and showcase what we all have been working hard on for the past few weeks. Ms. Sheehan has told us to trust the process, and now that the process is almost done, I am stoked to see how the show comes together in this final week and blows away the audience on Saturday.
“Who or what inspires you at PMHS?”:
Mrs. Macias is a great inspiration for me at PMHS. The way she combines teaching but also learning and caring about her students helps remind me that we are all people at the end of the day and the grade on the paper is not what matters most, but the learning and growth that takes place. She also spends a lot of time and energy in SHH and guides Spanish students at PMHS to give back to the community and spread culture. She makes you feel like you matter and I am very thankful to have had her as a teacher this year.
Mr. Publications: Damian Davis and Maggie Ammerman
Damian Davis: Hello! I am Damian Davis. In my free time outside of school I swim competitively and race motorcycles. I am really passionate about those two things but also photography and videography, anything where I get to be creative. Next year I plan on going to study aviation in hopes of becoming a pilot. Shout out to Mr. Sutton for pushing us to improve the FOCUS. Random facts: I have won motorcycle racing championships, I love puzzles, I can solve a Rubik’s cube in 15-20 seconds, I pick up a new hobby every few months.
“As a senior, what do you hope to get out of Mr. Falcon?”:
As a senior participating in Mr. Falcon I hope to have fun with my friends and put on a good show. I joined to have scheduled mandatory fun and to enjoy my last few months here.
“What are you most excited about for Mr. Falcon?”:
I am most excited about the opening dance, it is a fun and exciting way to kick off our night.
Maggie Ammerman: At PMHS, I love being involved with the community around me; I love to work creatively and collaboratively. Outside of school, I am always listening to new music, getting caught up on endless amounts of homework, volunteering, and spending time with my family and friends. I also look forward to any school related events!
“What are you most excited for about Mr. Falcon?”:
I am most excited to perform alongside all of the other coaches and contestants! Being a part of this team and seeing everyone’s personalities work together is so exciting. As a senior, I hope to create fun memories and grow my confidence while participating in Mr. Falcon!
Mr. Math: David Ruat and Lezlye Lara
David Ruat: First and foremost, I am an immigrant from Malaysia and the first in my family to attend college, which has defined much every lived experience I have had regarding education and schooling in general. Having had to be entirely self-directed in my pursuits, I have committed myself to academic excellence primarily, showcased through my hyper-acceleration in mathematics that has led me to currently taking graduate mathematics classes at IUI and admission into top mathematics camps, all while being entirely self-taught. I have also committed myself to musical excellence, where I recently became 2nd chair cello at Indiana’s All State Orchestra. My next steps after high school would be to attend a (preferably liberal arts oriented) college where I will major in mathematics and minor in music, where I hope to use my talents to better the world through eventually becoming a professor, where I can not only further the things we know about mathematics but also mold the next generation of thinkers through pedagogy that situates math in terms of an interconnected view of the world.
“Why do Mr. Falcon?”:
The better question is – why not? It is honestly such a fun process where you can genuinely be yourself and display a bit of vulnerability with other peers who are doing the same, and you all end up enjoying it. I think it is a wonderful way to round out senior year, with a silly talent show (basically) and lots of laughter in dance.
“What or who inspires you at PMHS?”:
Anyone who has had to face adversity in any sort to achieve excellence. Whether it be a low-income background or maybe a disadvantage in academic prowess, those who are able to rise beyond those circumstances and achieve excellence regardless have been some of the most inspiring people around. Excellence is always something to be proud of, but I find it especially admirable when life has not necessarily given you that golden spoon. I have been in more affluent circles where excellence is the norm and in FGLI circles where excellence is a miracle, and I have come to realize just how much of a difference that context makes. I have kept it purposefully vague, because I know many such people here at PMHS. I am very confident that these individuals I am referring to will achieve much greater things in the future.
Lezlye Lara: Outside of school I really love spending time with my friends and family. Honestly I like doing anything that keeps me from going home just because I do not like not doing anything. I feel like I always have to be doing something which is kind of why I also started working. I am very passionate about putting in effort in everything you do, but also having fun with it. There are times when you need to be serious and lock in, but it is also okay to laugh. I am not sure which college I will end up going to, but I want to study biochem to later become a pharmaceutical scientist. Oh that’s the other thing I am passionate about: people knowing the difference between pharmacy and pharmaceutical science. They are NOT the same!!!! I met David I believe freshman year? I had Orchestra with him in seventh grade but we never talked because it was when some people had school virtually and others in person. I was one of those virtual people for a while. Then, freshman year, I started talking to him and then we became friends and the rest is history.
Mr. Falcon honestly brought me even more out of my comfort zone. I have always wanted to do it since I watched it sophomore year, but I never thought I would actually have the guts. Now that I am in it, the experience will definitely be something I will not forget. I do not regret a single thing and it taught me a lot about myself and how I work from a different perspective. Learning dances is more complicated than I thought… but it is also really fun to be able to go through this final journey with some people I have never talked to or people in my class in general. I would recommend underclassmen to do Mr. Falcon because it ultimately is a nice way to sort of end senior year.
Mr. StuVo: Cooper Miles and Auria Knight
Cooper Miles: I love to golf with friends even if I suck at it. I also really enjoy being involved and active in everything I do and am a part of. I think that being involved helps you get more out of something. I run XC and track and plan to run in college while majoring in Nursing.
“What makes Mr. Falcon significant at PMHS?”:
It is the perfect representation of what makes this school so amazing. Not just from the student standpoint but also with the teachers and other people that advertise and put this together.
“What or who inspires you at PMHS?”:
Ms. Sheehan is the most inspiring person at this school because she attacks things with a positive attitude no matter what and has always given me guidance throughout my high school career.
Auria Knight: My name is Auria Knight, I have two brothers who have graduated from PMHS and a current freshman. My oldest brother, Dagan, was named Mr. Falcon 2022, his partner was Anna Miles, my partner Cooper Miles, sister! I am hoping for a Knight-Miles repeat!
“What are you most excited about for Mr. Falcon?”:
The thing that I am most excited about is just having fun and getting to interact with my classmates on the night of Mr. Falcon. Senior year is full of exciting things, but it is also stressful. It has been so great to get to hang out with Cooper and everyone else and just laugh.
“As a senior, what do you hope to get out of Mr. Falcon?”:
I hope that I get some more memories to add to all the other great things that have made my senior year. It is going to be one of the last big events that showcases the best that our class has to offer. The guys are all incredible, the coaches are all fun to interact with, and I personally am being pushed out of my comfort zone learning dances and other performance acts. This is usually not my forte, but I am going to give it my all, and I know whatever happens it is going to be a very memorable night.
Mr. Baseball: Nathan Risley and Aubrey Hall
Nathan Risley: “Why do Mr. Falcon?”:
You should do Mr Falcon because it is such a fun experience that you will remember forever. You get to have fun and compete with your best friends, you can show off your fun or weird talent. It is also a fundraiser so while you get to have such a blast you also will be raising money for something super important. My biggest reason why you should do Mr Falcon is to have pride in your school, it makes you respect and enjoy school and that is one of the best things it is done for me.
Aubrey Hall: In school, I play basketball and soccer. I am also a part of Link Crew, Blue Crew, and FLOTS. I am in the NHS and I take various AP classes. I have also been a part of best buddies over the years. Outside of school, I work at Handel’s Ice Cream, volunteer at church, and hangout with my boyfriend when he comes home from college. I am most passionate about my faith and women in sports. I will continue my academic career at Franklin College and I have also committed to their basketball team as well. I will be studying Physical Therapy. A random fact about me is that my favorite type of food is Japanese. I met my contestant in middle school and we have continued to grow in school and in our faith together. I want to give a shoutout to my parents for being so supportive and loving throughout my whole life. I thank God for such a great high school experience. I am most excited about seeing everyone else’s acts in Mr. Falcon because I know my classmates have put so much work into making this show great! Mr. Falcon is significant to Perry Meridian because, that I know of, we are the only school that does anything like this and it is such a fun way to get to know some seniors before they graduate.
Mr. Band: Koy Koenig and Leah Pierini
Koy Koenig: I am highly involved in the music department, specifically the band programs playing trumpet. I am a representative for the French Honors Society and a finance and records team member for the Environmental Club. I know Leah because of our shared musical involvement. I am committed to Purdue University studying engineering.
“Why do Mr. Falcon?”:
Mr. Falcon is not just a competition, it is an experience. It is worth the time and the effort because you get to have fun with some of the greatest guys in the school. Coming up with an act and intro with your coach is loads of fun too.
“What are you most excited about for Mr. Falcon?”:
I am most excited about our opening dance. I think the crowd and judges will really enjoy it and I enjoy dancing it.
Leah Pierini: I am very into the performing arts, and I spend most of my time doing things for orchestra or theater. I have also been in the Spanish Honors Society for 3 years, and this year I am the secretary. Koy and I have both been in the pit orchestra for the last three years, and it has probably been my most significant contribution to the school over the years. We have also been in Link Crew and FLOTS together, and we even have the same freshman advisory for Link Crew. Both of us will be attending Purdue University in the fall, both majoring in engineering.
“As a senior, what do you hope to get out of Mr. Falcon?”
I am not here to win; I am here to have fun while I still can. Mr. Falcon is a bit weird for me, since it will be happening quite literally at the turning point of my childhood (it is happening 3 days after my 18th birthday). Every event this year has been a farewell to everything that I have built up over the past 3 years, and this is my first hello of the year. To me, it symbolizes holding on to everything that has brought me to where I am at while still moving forward.
“What are you most excited about for Mr. Falcon?”
I am looking forward to the big celebration we are all going to have on stage once Mr. Falcon is crowned. Every year, all of the contestants and coaches, regardless of placement, look so joyful just to simply be a part of something for (almost) the last time.
Mr. DECA: Ram Tin Khai and Ziik Len Sang
Ram Tin Khai: During school hours when the chance arises the most meaningful thing I do is my volunteering at the Falcon Store otherwise it is a whole lot of calculus. Outside of school it is a whole lot of doom scrolling, reading, and playing games. I am very passionate about technology and math. Greatest ABA player in the world. Shoutout Sunny. [Mr. Falcon is] a great display of talent and spirit and really encapsulates what it is like to be at PMHS. [Mr. Falcon] shows the impact that PMHS and its community have on students, how the same building creates such a diverse group of passionate people
Ziik Len Sang: I am Ziik Len Sang, and you will primarily see me in the extracurricular lens of Perry, with active involvement in clubs like DECA, Key Club, National Honor Society, Tri-M, and Link Crew (Honorable Mention of Then & Now!!) I plan on attending IU Bloomington in the fall under Kelley School of Business majoring in Management + Digital and Social Media Business Applications! I think the one thing I was so excited about going into Mr. Falcon was learning the group number at the beginning of the program. I feel that dance is such a beautiful way to build connections, especially when it is a group of people that do not really dance on the regular. You kind of step outside of your comfort zone and bond through the shared movement and energy. I would say what I wish to achieve from Mr. Falcon is to further promote DECA and expand its presence in Perry. From the Falcon Store to competitions, our club has a wide variety of opportunities that you can honestly join not knowing anything to having practical, real-world skills and experiences. With Mr. Falcon publicity, I encourage everyone to try DECA out next year!
Mr. Innovation: Duane Corwin-Maxwell and Kira Smith
Duane Corwin-Maxwell: In school, I love learning and growing as a person. Outside of school, I like to attend robotics, hangout with friends, work on personal projects, and relax. I would say that I am always looking for opportunities to improve myself, whether that be physically, mentally, philosophically, etc.
“What are you most excited about for Mr. Falcon?”
The people are the reason why I am most excited for Mr. Falcon. The group of individuals I get to spend time with and create something great with are all so enthusiastic and motivated. I can easily see we all want this show to be perfect. The people in this group are all driven and care, something that is hard to find in other groups.
“As a senior, what do you hope to get out of Mr. Falcon?”:
I hope to create lasting memories, ones that I will put right up there with FLOTS. I hope to have fun that I am going to wish to have back in a couple of years.
Kira Smith: I am involved with the cross country and track teams and I am in the orchestra. Outside of school I like baking and spending time with my friends and family. Next year, I am planning on going to IU to study biology. Special shout out to my older sister for showing me how much Mr. Falcon can be.
“Why do Mr. Falcon?”:
I wanted to do Mr. Falcon because I have seen it almost every year and my older sister did it, and I helped out, and it was a really fun experience. I wanted to do it again, but actually be a coach this time.
“What makes Mr. Falcon significant at PMHS?”:
I think what makes it most significant is everyone comes together for a really fun experience. It helps raise money for the Litmag.
Mr. Swimming: Kameron Butts and Abigail Miller
Kameron Butts: Outside of school, I enjoy swimming and relaxing on the couch with my dog. Next year, I plan on going to college somewhere and becoming a Chiropractor some day.
I decided to do Mr. Falcon because I first believed that it would be fun, and it would be an entertaining way to teach people something about myself. My act has changed from when I was first thinking about it, so now it is just something fun and entertaining to watch.
I am most excited about getting to perform different dances with many friends. We have all been working hard on the dances, and I think it will be fun to show how much we have learned.
Mr. Falcon is a unique activity that allows students to participate in a talent show and do whatever they would like on stage. For anyone who is not participating, they have another fun activity that they can watch.
I hope to keep the friendships that I have made during this experience. I also have learned that I can do anything if I actually put my mind to it and do not give up. (I am not a good dancer, and I was able to learn, or at least somewhat learn the dance.) I want to carry that skill into the future.
I have had many different teachers inspire me at Perry. There are many different teachers who I have talked to who each have different experiences and stories in their life. There are so many different things that I can learn just by talking to my teachers and getting to know them.
Abigail Miller: I am passionate about spreading inclusivity within our school and community. I think it is important to connect with communities and people different from you. Shout out to Best Buddies and all of our friends who make this possible. I want to be a pediatric occupational therapist and work with people with and without disabilities. I plan to go to Ball State in the fall <3.
“What or who inspires you at PMHS?”:
Mrs. Knight, Ms Sheehan, Ms Cooper, and Mrs. Stafford, and all of our faculty inspire me by showing up for us every day they can. They are so important to me and our school. I cannot thank them enough.
Mr. Track and Field: Benjamin Hahn and Amelia Lewis
Ben Hahn: I did Mr. Falcon, because I wanted to have another amazing memory with a group of people whom I have come to truly appreciate within the last four years of my life. I am most excited about seeing everyone’s acts and laughing with my peers. Mr. Falcon is so special because it allows for the positive culture established by Perry’s past seniors to spread to younger classes. I hope Mr. Falcon is just one more part of a truly astounding senior year that I can always fondly look back upon. My friends, both in the classroom and on the field, inspire me to further invest in myself to continue my growth as a person.
Amelia Lewis: During school I like to chat with my friends whenever possible and make the most out of my last year here! Outside of school I like to spend my time either working or babysitting. Working with people, young or old, allow for me to feel like I accomplished helping someone at the end of the day. With that I am hoping in future years I end up being a physical therapist, where I am able to help those in recovery mobility to get back to their amazing lives! I know my contestant, Ben Hahn, from his participation in my AP Research Study. I needed people to help with my research study and he was one of the few to help me out, so now I get to return the favor and help him with Mr. Falcon! I would like to shout out Allie Ketchem because I am excited for everyone to see the Allie that I have known for 12 years, up on stage and showing the personality that I think everyone should experience!
“What are you most excited about for Mr. Falcon?”:
I am really excited to see what everyone has in store for their talent! Everyone around me is super talented and enthusiastic, so I know that whatever they have in store for the audience will be amazing!!
“What or who inspires you at PMHS?”
At PMHS, Mrs. Towne inspires me. She inspires me to not be “uptight” with situations that I make a big deal out of, that are not really a big deal. Her support in everything I do means a lot to me. I have referred to her as my “school mom”, which is true, I respect what she does for others, how she handles her job positions, and how she encourages everyone to be their very best version of themselves. Her inspiration will always remain with me, just like it did my freshman year.
